This long established producer is now showing what to expect of classical Margaret River cabernet sauvignon – intensely varietal and regional characteristics stand alone in these two wines.

Cabernet sauvignon continues to be our most consistent variety, with even cropping through out the Fermoy vineyard. The dry summer allowed us to grow fruit exhibiting typical Margaret River texture, colour and flavour, the hallmark and strength of the variety. The wine selected for the Reserve portion is typically sourced from the best quality fruit in the vineyard. This part of the vineyard is given exclusive attention, in terms of fruit thinning, vine trimming to ensure the best quality fruit we can achieve.
