The full title is Brown Brothers Pinot Noir Chardonnay Pinot Meunier Non-Vintage Brut. It’s grown in the upper reaches of the King Valley. It’s modestly sweeter than I recall previous vintages being but it could well be my imagination. Regardless, it’s immensely delicious. Yeast and apples and sweet pears. Clean, refreshing finish.
