Wine by Brad Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2006

Aromas of passionfruit, green banana, citrus, green capsicum, fennel and herbs. On the palate this is very crisp and clean with flinty flavours of passionfruit, lemon and cut grass. Subdued and lightly chalky. It leaves the palate invigorated and very refreshed. I was going to say something about saunas, jumping into the snow and an optional birching but I don’t think it would be appropriate in a tasting note. 91 points, Gary Walsh, Winorama

The ultimate white blend. You know you want it. You know you love it. In anyone's language Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a mouthful. From here on we shall call it Sem Sav.

This one has the usual tropical pineapple and passionfruit elements, wrapped neatly in scrummy citrus flavours, providing the purrrfect summer cleanser. Cool for cats.

The fruit comes out of Karridale and Rosabrook in the south of the Margaret River region and Willyabrup in the north. This gives us the ability to refine the style (read 'mess about with') to take advantage of the tropical, citrus and herbal elements found variously in these varieties throughout the region.
