The 1993 Cabernet Sauvignon Artist Series reveals a dense ruby/purple color, loamy earth in the nose, along with reticent but ripe black currant fruit. On the palate, the wine displays high tannin, but equally rich levels of extract, glycerin, and sweet black currant fruit.
