Since 1989 the renowned Mitchelton winery has been producing the Preece range of single varietal wines: sparkling, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, shiraz and merlot.
Coaxed from cooler climate vineyards, our grapes experience a delayed growing period – allowing them to develop a more intense spectrum of elegant flavours and delicious lifted aromas. And we retain these flavours by sealing our wines in screwcap - this optimises freshness and quality, ensuring our wines are 'cork taint' free!
