Tremendous wine. I love the long, lingering, tannic power of this - this is a super-thruster of a wine. It's long and serious, blue-black in colour, rich in saturated blackcurrant-like flavour and boosted by flavour of licorice, mocha and chocolate. This was matured in 100 percent new American oak hogsheads, but the fruit is more than a match for it. Stunning - and further evidence that Bin 707 has come of age.
