Due to the difficult nature of the 2002 vintage winemaker Giorgio Rivetti decided to take unprecedented action by blending the best grapes of his three crus into one bottling. This rare production shows a combination of the effeminate fruit forward character from Gallina, spice and licorice from Starderi, and tannic structure and power of Valeirano all in one. Pairings: ideal with grilled food, sauced and elaborate red meat and wild game, or just to be enjoyed by itself.
