The blend of 85 per cent Cabernet Sauvignon and 15 per cent Malbec has been a Clare Valley specialty for decades; anyone lucky enough to have the '71 Bin 56 or virtually any of Wendouree's Cabernet Malbecs will need no persuasion of the merits of the blend.
