Toasty, waxy, honeyed aromas of figs, cumquat and butterscotch, with underlying bright honeydew melon and citrus fruits and a hint of lime. High-toned acids and a long, chalky palate deliver a steely mouthfeel of lemon-lime fruit and spicy, toasty oak, finishing tight and savoury.
