Vineyard sites producing generous sparkling fruit are selected for this wine. Gentle handling in the winery ensures a maximising of fruit flavours and delicacy in the final blend. Hightide Vineyards Pinot Chardonnay Sparkling has a lifted delicate nose with strawberries and cream from the Pinot Noir fruit and fresh lemon zest from the Chardonnay. The palate is fruit driven and fresh, with added layers of cream and softness from the secondary fermentation and bottle fermentation. The wine is well balanced and fresh, with lingering flavours and great mouthfeel.
