Seppeltsfield NV Clara Blanca Palomino Amontillado 500ml Deep golden in colour with a light, olive-green tint. Fruit aromas of mixed peel, nuts and honey combine with flor-yeast character and aged rancio in a lifted nose with impressive depth and complexity. The palate is a classic expression of Amontillado, retaining the tangy vitality of Fino and adding a rich depth of flavour and aged rancio complexity. The wine has extraordinary length and finishes dry. Golden colour; the bouquet has enticing richness with brandysnap/biscuit aromas; a wine of great balance, with some sweetness on the mid palate, then a long, dry, fresh finish.
