Ninth Island Pinot Chardonnay Non Vintage
Ninth Island fruit is drawn mainly from Pipers Brook Vineyard's estates in Northern Tasmania with the dominant contribution coming from the warmer Tamar Valley region. The Tasmanian fruit is processed at it's own Winery and bottled in Tasmania. The aim of the label is to highlight Tasmanian regional flavours in wines that drink well when young and in some cases will age gracefully.
The non-vintage Ninth Island Sparkling, 100% premium Tasmanian sparkling wine, Ninth Island Sparkling is made exclusively from estate-grown fruit and has been vinified, cellared and finished in Tasmania. Its fresh and lively flavours, fine bead and creaminess on the palate fit perfectly within the style of the Ninth Island range.
