Cape Mentelle Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2011 Fresh, fragrant and perfect for a hot summers night. Rose petal, cinnamon, lemon, lees/cheese flavours and brisk acidity all play there part in this highly quaffable Margaret River blend. It will actually handle some age but I wouldn't really bother. 90 points Anthony D'Anna Notwithstanding majority ownership by Veuve Clicquot, David Hohnen remains very much in command of one of Australia's foremost medium-sized wineries.
