This wine is made from 100% Shiraz fruit sourced from the 'Short Row' block, adjacent to our Cellar Door. The vine trellising is in the Scott Henry fashion (named for the creator of this technique), which allows us to obtain maximum and balanced light exposure throughout the growing season. The fruit was fermented on skins for 7 days prior to pressing, with 20% of the wine undergoing barrel fermentation.
