Since the first Taltarni Cuveé Brut was made in 1978, each bottle of Taltarni sparkling wine has been fermented and matured on yeast lees according to traditional practices.
Clearly "new World" for its honeydew melon, peachy, fruit-driven style, this Tasmania-Pyrenees blend is fresh and young, grapy, clean and finely poised, with little in the way of cracked yeast character.
