The Pizzini family established the Vineyard in 1980 and today grow Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Merlot, Barbera, Pinot Grigio and Marzemino over many hectares. The Chrismont Vineyard strives to produce fruit of optimum flavour and character for the Chrismont and La Zona range.
Dominated by ripe berry fruit flavours La Zona Barbera is a rich full bodied Italian style wine with moderate acidity. Enjoy with mediterranean style meat and pasta dishes accompanied with rich sauces.
