Grappa is the oldest and best-known distillate from the Northern Italy. It is made in the process of distillation of grape pulp only. Excellent, bitter, enriched with the admixture of alpine herbs and UE – a distillate obtained from the whole grapes, which has the elegance of wine and the character of grappa. It matures for over 5 years in small, wooden barrels. The temperature of serving: 12 C. It is excellent to end a meal with or in any other moment – grappa is the source of real pleasure.
