The nose of theis wine is quite complex and shows lovely braed like, with yeasty notes, with olive and lemon fruit characters. The palate of this wine shows great finess and elegance. Initial lemon lime fruit characters lead to a full palate of yeast and nut characters. Some smokiness from barrel ageing of the base wine can also be tasted. Crisp acid give the wine a long lingeirng finish.
