Our delicious Peach Bellini is bound to inject a little fun into any occasion. The perfect choice for a boozy brunch with close friends, this traditional Italian aperitif is vibrant orange in colour and has just the right balance of peach nectar and Prosecco. It gives a generous hit of peach on the nose and palate with a smooth creamy texture and gentle fizz. You will find yourself reaching for the next sip. We recommend enjoying it as an aperitif prior to any meal, but it goes really well with a side of pancakes or waffles at brunch.
