Adelina Polish Hill River Riesling 2016

"In a very short space of time Adelina have become one of my favourite producers in the Clare Valley, and indeed, South Australia.

Subtle white flower/vanilla bean perfume, fennel, stones, and mixed citrus (including tangerine) leads you in to a wine of immediate appeal and character. It’s lean and kind of bony, but delivers a lovely crunch of citrus, zinging but fine acidity, and a fine talc-like texture, which lends a lovely grip to the wine. Yum.
