Deep red in colour with violet undertones. On the nose; rose petals, vanilla and spice. A full bodied, harmonic and savoury with a persistant and pleasant finish. Vinification: Emerged cap with daily pump-overs, early pressing after 10 days (end of fermentation), followed by malolactic fermentation. Ageing: In medium toasted oak barrels for 12 months.
