It’s rose gold in colour and that’s just the start of the fun. Subtle floral notes, nashi pear, whisper of musk, but the ‘fruitiness’ is dialled back and the ‘vinous’ parts are tuned up. Powdery tannin, and almost savoury to taste, with the cool acidity and pear, along with a peach tea-like refreshment. Perfect from front to back, complex and packed with personality. Hats off.
