A fragrant and fresh Sauvignon Blanc Semillon hailing from the Margaret River, rose petal, cinnamon and cheese flavours on the palate are complimented by its citric and acidic qualities.
58/42% sauvingon blanc/semillon, largely tank fermented with a small component matured in neutral oak, 4 months on lees. A cool vintage in '19 and this low alcohol indicates an earlier pick, too. The palate here is textbook Margaret River SBS blend; snow pea, white currant, green apple skin and jasmine florals. Zingy, mouth-watering acid. Clove bud and white pepper laced through the finish.
