There is no heavy oak to get in the way—just pure fruit, gentle texture and a clear expression of its limestone terroir.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCandied lemon, quince and orchard fruit lead the aroma, with almond, delicate florals and a subtle note of smoked limestone emerging in the glass. The palate is supple and lively, carrying fresh citrus and ripe fruit into a long, clean finish marked by saline, stony freshness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere is enough generosity here for roast chicken or creamy seafood, and enough energy for oysters, sashimi, grilled fish, asparagus and fresh cheeses.
