The Contours riesling offers a pale straw in colour with green hues. There are intense classic lemon aromas, with a hint of white flowers, and bottle aged characters of toast, clove oil and lemongrass emerge and combine with the still fresh citrus and white flowers of its youth. The palate has great length and depth with concentrated power and fresh, pristine lime juice overlaid with toasted brioche, sage oil and lime marmalade.

Organic and biodynamic principles. A higher diurnal variation than usual produced flavour with natural acidity. Wild fermented, RS 1.7g/L. An enticing secondary style of toast, roast almonds, butter and wild honey over a core of preserved lemon and lime. It concludes long and spicy, guided by a focused line of bright acidity. A touch of reductive burnt rubber on opening quickly blows off.
