Made from one of Australia's greatest Riesling producers, with access to Australia's greatest Riesling vineyards. The 2023 vintage in the Clare Valley was one of the best Riesling vintages in many years. The tiny village of Watervale (population 246), nestled in South Australia’s Clare Valley, is renowned for the quality of its Riesling. Pale straw in colour; the nose is an intense mix of lime juice, lemon peel, rose water and brisk acidity. The palate is long and seamless with lemon, lime, minerals, crushed herbs and buckloads of acidity. Drink now or cellar for 10 years.
