Serre is Bannockburn’s most iconic site — planted in 1984 and certified organic in 2021, it’s believed to be Australia’s oldest high-density Pinot Noir vineyard. Inspired by Stuart Hooper’s admiration for Burgundy, its tight spacing and low trellising mirror the great vineyards of the Côte d’Or.
The 2024 vintage delivers a powerful yet finely etched expression of the site. Dark cherry, bramble and spiced herb aromas lead into a layered, structured palate framed by fine tannins and mineral energy. It’s a wine of depth, precision and serious ageing potential.

- What in Australia you are shipping (Beer and water for example, are calculated in real time without any additional subsidy. This is because the margins for these products are minimal). Dry goods attract a discounted flat fee of $12 per carton (Calculated by gross weight).
