Alright, this one’s a bit of a treat. We can’t say much about where it comes from, but what we can tell you is that it’s one of those mystery reds that really punches above its price. You crack it open, pour a glass, and straight away you know you’ve landed on something seriously good at the $10 mark. The wine itself is really inviting plenty of bright red berries, a bit of that raspberry kick, and a nice gentle herbal lift that sits naturally with Cabernet Franc. There’s a subtle earthy note in the background too, almost a truffle vibe, just enough to add some depth. On the nose you’ll get a touch of floral character as well, something leaning toward rose petals without being too pretty or overdone.

It’s medium bodied, juicy and smooth, with enough dryness and fine tannin to keep it feeling classy. There’s a faint peppery edge on the finish that gives it a nice little kick, and the length is surprisingly good for something at this price. Honestly, for $10 it’s just silly value. It’s the perfect “grab a few bottles now and thank yourself later” kind of wine.
