Aromatically, it’s beautifully evolved — opening with layers of dried cherry, forest floor, earthy spice and truffle, lifted by hints of cedar and smoke. The palate is silky and savoury, with soft red fruits, fine tannins, and bright acidity driving a long, complex finish.
