t’s a lovely drop. A lovely drink. Pale and dry in the best of ways. Fresh, spicy, refreshing and dry but more-ish. A bit of grip to the finish; a stoney textural kind of thing. Watermelon, cherry and citrus with all those stony spice notes. It won’t blow your socks off but boy is it good to drink.
