Deep maroon in colour, it opens with enticing dark-fruit aromas before revealing concentrated blue-fruit flavours, rich chocolate notes and smooth, coating tannins. Twelve months of oak maturation adds depth while preserving the wine’s vibrant fruit character.
Perfect alongside a juicy steak, barbecued butterflied lamb or a few squares of dark chocolate.
