Domaine Tollot-Beaut has been producing and bottling its own wines since 1921. Today, it retains this rich history under the meticulous direction of Natalie Tollot, 5th generation.
The estate comprises 24 hectares of wines across 16 different appellations. This premier cru is one of an inimitable style - exuberant, rich and extravagant.
This is actually quite aromatically similar to the Lavières with perhaps just a bit more red fruit influence. There is once again good richness and verve to the solidly voluminous flavors that exhibit fine power on the robust, serious and youthfully austere finale. This built-to-age effort is very good and worth your interest.
