New addition to Jo Perry's range of funky and fun Pet Nats, this is all pristine Semillon, bottled with a bit of sugar still to be fermented, so all fresh bubbles are captured in the bottle. Lemon curd, lots of frisky freshness and some doughy notes. Finishes satisfyingly dry. Perfect for a picnic scone or a balcony chill-out.

A self-confessed 'lazy-bones' winemaker, Jo is low-intervention in the winery, instead focusing her energies on the quality of fruit that she brings in the winery.

She uses only organically and biodynamically farmed fruit from high-quality vineyards across Margaret River and the Swan Valley and is bringing an alt-styling to the hero varieties of the west.
