The palate is characterised by a chalky mouthfeel, a backbone of taut acidity, refined minerality, lemon pith and roast cashews.
Best served as an accompaniment to a well thought out charcuterie board, it may also be enjoyed as a pre-dinner aperitif.
This is a bright cuvee of medium straw hue, projecting the crunch and vibrancy of apple, pear and lemon fruit, elegantly underscored by almond meal complexity of lees age. Some phenolic presence lends grip to the finish, though acid line and dosage are well poised.
