This beautifully made 2022 Chardonnay comes from a boutique Tasmanian producer with a strong reputation for elegant, cool climate wines. The label may be a mystery, but the quality in the bottle certainly is not.
Tasmania’s long, cool growing season allows Chardonnay to develop exceptional flavour while retaining the bright natural acidity that gives the region’s best wines their freshness and precision.
The fruit was hand picked and gently pressed, with fermentation divided between French oak barriques and stainless steel. Partial malolactic fermentation and time on lees have added texture and creaminess, while the restrained oak influence keeps the wine vibrant and beautifully balanced.
In the Glass
Pale straw with green tints. Aromas of white peach, citrus blossom and grapefruit zest are joined by subtle notes of nougat and spice.
The palate is crisp yet textured, combining ripe stone fruit and citrus with creamy lees characters and a long, clean mineral finish.

This is modern Tasmanian Chardonnay at its best. Fresh and energetic, but with enough richness and texture to make every glass interesting. It offers the finesse of a premium cool climate Chardonnay at a price that is very difficult to ignore.
