This award-winning 2025 Sauvignon Blanc comes from Nelson, one of New Zealand’s most exciting regions for aromatic white wines. The producer must remain under wraps, but the quality is immediately apparent from the first glass.
Nelson’s abundant sunshine, fertile soils and cooling coastal breezes create ideal conditions for Sauvignon Blanc. Fruit grown around Motueka and the nearby Moutere delivers generous flavour while retaining the freshness and natural acidity that make New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc so refreshing.
Winemaking
The grapes were gently pressed before undergoing a cool fermentation designed to preserve their vibrant fruit flavours and aromatic intensity.
The result is a pure, expressive Sauvignon Blanc with excellent balance, mouth-watering freshness and a clean, lingering finish.
Tasting Notes
Tropical passionfruit and ripe citrus leap from the glass, joined by fresh lime, gooseberry and subtle herbal notes.
The palate is bright, dry and beautifully balanced, combining juicy tropical fruit with crisp acidity and a refreshing finish that lingers long after each sip.
