The Langhe Chardonnay "Prasué" of Saracco Winery is produced in the municipalities of Castiglione Tinella and Castagnole. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks. The aging takes place partly in small French oak barrels and partly in large barrels for 12-14 months.
Langhe Chardonnay is a wine with an intensely fruity nose with hints of bread crust. It is a pleasant, fresh wine.
The colour is that of a straw yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet is intensely fruity with hints of bread crust. Expect apple and pineapple on the palate, with a long aftertaste, complete structure, able to support a medium ageing. It pairs perfectly with fish antipasti, soups, omelettes and white meat dishes.
