PHI is the 21st letter of the Ancient Greek alphabet and symbolises balance, harmony and proportion. In a similar way, the third and fourth generations of the De Bortoli family are working together to create considered Single Vineyard wine that gives proportion to climate, soil and maker.

"A mix of vineyards and clones from the Lusatia Park vineyard in Woori Yallock. Bright cherry red. An immediately appealing wine with its dark cherry fruit, lavender and incense. This has good weight and depth without being heavy. A touch savoury, too, and the tannins are silky and long. Already a joy to drink, this will still be looking good four to six years from now. 95 points."
