Ladies and gentlemen, here is the most awarded Panettone in Italy.
We were the first to challenge the tradition of Panettone, whose historical recipe involves only two stages of dough, and to reinvent it, making it softer, fragrant and digestible. This was only possible thanks to our original method with 3 dough steps and 72 hours of processing and the selection of the finest ingredients.
The result is a soft and fragrant Traditional Panettone, embellished with Australian Raisins and Staccia Lucana Orange.
Award-winning and critically acclaimed, it is the must have of every Christmas.
For many many years I have been trying to get the Panettone of Tiri from Basilicata in Australia. However, with such limited production (they have many more requests than what they can physically make) the answer has always been no. This changed last July with a visit to the bakery to meet the family and this year, we have been allocated a total of 120 units for Australia! A tiny allocation but there is seriously no other panettone like this on the planet. Tiri is Italys most awarded Panettone for a reason. It is off the charts. Stocks have just landed and will be dispatched straight away. Note orders may have to be scaled down to fit everyone in.
Enjoy the panettone from Italy's best producer.
cheers

Boccaccio Cellars offers real time shipping rates at checkout. These are heavily subsidised rates directly from Australia Post and will vary depending on your postcode.
Unfortunately, due to the ever increasing costs of postage we are unable to offer free shipping any longer. Postal increases have seen the average box of wine range from $30-$60, which can represent up to 500% of the cost of the average bottle of wine.
Your postal costs are calculated on the following factors:
- Where in Australia you are shipping to (Where rural postcodes obviously attract a higher charge)
- What in Australia you are shipping (Beer and water for example, are calculated in real time without any additional subsidy. This is because the margins for these products are minimal). Dry goods attract a discounted flat fee of $12 per carton (Calculated by gross weight).
Pickups on all items are encouraged.
