On the nose, there is great purity, with florals, lemons, and lime notes. The palate has intensityt and flavour but the personality of this wine is defined by its lightness, delicacy and precision. It is supple and has excellent balance, with a crystalline character, and as always, fresh acid, and impressive persistance of flavour. Ideal serving temperature: 12-15C. Will repay careful cellaring up to 12 years.
