About
Rose' French for 'pink'. Used in the wine world to refer to wines of this colour. Was made from 100% 2019Cabernet Sauvignon from the Yarra Valley, Victoria. The skins are removed almost immediately, generally within 2 to 3 days. The brief skin contact gives the wine it light pink colour. You will find this wine to be delightful on the palate and the makings of a great summer beverage, enjoyable with most foods. Best served chilled.
